Results show early results from an “L” shaped incision, avoiding a medial inframmary scar. Scars have not yet have a chance to mature yet.

Patient presented after multiple breast surgeries performed elsewhere. Patient preesented with “bottoming out” of breasts. Breasts were lifted, symmetry correct, and bottoming out corrected. Nippple and areola sensitivity was preserved.
